Honey Chipotle Wings

Something like the Beyonce of the food world, Chiles en Adobo slay in the flavor department! One can of peppers will elevate every dish its added to, from stews to meatballs. Truly, Chilies en Adobo is one of the hardest working ingredients in the kitchen. They can be found in any grocery store and are budget friendly.

Smoky, spicy, and sweet, these Honey Chipotle Wings are the perfect showcase for chipotle peppers.  Easy enough to make on a weeknight, but decadent enough for a weekend party. You can control the heat in this dish by using fewer peppers for less heat, or can add additional peppers to take it up a notch. The sauce can be used as a marinade for the chicken or as a condiment after cooking. Do what you wanna! Recipe adapted from All Recipes
