Chimichurri Sauce

Chimichurri is a fresh, tangy, and bright Argentine condiment that is usually served with grilled meat. Its super easy to pull together and is delicious on beef, chicken, or  fish. It is uncooked and can be used as a sauce or marinade. Recipe adapted from Bon Appetit.

INGREDIENTS
 

  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt and more to taste
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 red thai chile minced
  • 1/2 cup of minced cilantro
  • 1/4 cup minced flat leaf parsley
  • 3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

PREPARATION

Place vinegar, salt, garlic, shallot, thai chile, cilantro, parsley into blender and pulse gently to combine. Once combined pour into small bowl. Gently pour in oil olive, stir to combine.
